Terrible quality
I had a "very good" experience in this salon. I had bought a coupon for ~ 19 dollars (hair coloring ombre, styling, cutting). When I came to this salon, I knew that I would have to pay 7 dollars because my hair was over my shoulder blades (it was mentioned on the coupon). When I arrived, I also learned that this painting would require tinting, which costs another 15 dollars, at that moment I was in shock. I ask - is it necessary, I am told that yes, because then the transition will be better. And then the hairdresser tells me that giving me a 50% discount on toning. I agree. Then the fun continued. I had said that the upper part of the head does not need to be dyed, because I want to leave the natural hair color, in principle only the ends of the hair. The hairdresser started painting and the technique seemed incomprehensible to me, unfortunately I hadn't seen it before,how to dye your hair in this technique, but either good to dye. Dye and after a time we go to wash, which did not last long and in which I almost only washed my hair ends, another shock. Then I put on a toner. We went to wash again. I didn't need any special cuts, just trimming the ends of the hair, which turned out to be that I put all my hair back and cut it from one side to the other - another shock. The cutting in this technique also ended. I have my hair dried and I see that the ends are not really light / blonde, but are yellow. Glad where you appear. I dry my hair and the hairdresser sees that there is something wrong in the back and I started to paint this place, then I had to sit there and then we went to wash and dry that place / pinch. And so I added an extra 12 dollars. ABOUT WHAT? For the fact that I regret the whole process. I would add thatthat all Italians work in this salon and I AM VERY TO YOU with this language. I could start asking what was happening, etc., but I understood that she understands very poorly in Canadian and I would not know how to formulate my idea in Italian. In the end, the coloring was not what it was supposed to be, the trimming of the ends of the hair was completely missed, because now I do not care if there are any longer strands and I paid a total of 31 dollars for it.
