Studio Moderna works under every criticism
Studio Moderna, which supplies Dormeo products, works very unprofessionally! Since I received only part of the order with the courier on December 6, I contacted them, I was promised to bring the missing one within a week. I'm quite patient, but a week later I had to call - nothing was brought. The whole story had to be started again, everything was checked on the computer - yes, unfortunately the courier was sick (they had 1 courier?!?!?), Now he was healthy to wait - to be within a week! I waited... waited... well, of course - I didn't wait! I wrote, called again - again the whole story had to be repeated from the end, again everything was checked on the computer. Yes, it is, but the order has been sent to the post office, waiting for the announcement! It was Christmas week, during which I did not receive any notification. I wrote again to [hide] @dormeo.org - for the third time. It was 29. 12. 12) On my mob. tel. shortly after sending the letter, a woman called who read the letter and connected me to the client manager, whom I asked about the mattress again. From her questions (why do I only call now if it happened on December 6th!) I concluded that Dormeo customer managers have a poor flow of information, no calls or e-mails are recorded, if I have to tell everything from the end to each operator. This time I was told that after checking everything and calling back… Our conversation took place between about 16. 25 and 16. 40, so I assume that there was not enough time until the end of the working day to find out everything, because I did not wait for the call… 30. 12. I sent a comprehensive letter with the entire event - history of many calls and e-mails, scanned invoices, order confirmations, etc. Waiting for call - information verified. The missing item will be sent by post immediately after the New Year holidays. I am surprised to ask - why not today and not by courier? Last working day - have to settle old year debts! Warehouse not working today! It works in Studio Moderna! Stay away from this company!
