I rented an SUV in Puerto Vallarta. When I took a cab to their location to pick up my car, I was told they were all out of cars. Apparently they know how to take a reservation but not how to hold a reservation. The holding of the reservation is the most important part. Anyone can take a reservation. It's the holding of the reservation that matters. Terrible company, unprofessional and they made not effort to help me find a car with one of the other rental car companies in town after they failed me. I will never use this company again. I ended up having to walk half a mile to the airport where I was finally able to rent a car from Budget. Do not use this company. You will be sorely disappointed.
