I have been trying to get a medication since July 2nd 2021 and this is July 13th. I have talked with NUMEROUS people. I get a different excuse each time. No follow up unless I do it myself. They change dates on orders to cover their ineptness. SOMEONE has got to investigate them!!! User's recommendation: Do NOT use ANY insurance company who uses Accredo.
