I had a pistol shipped to your Belton Mo. store.05/07/2021 it was received at your store on 05/12/2021 I went to pick it up & made an mistake filling out paper work. It was declined, my fault. I ask sales person if they could keep for 30 days until I could reapply….

Still not received my replacement parts.

We ordered our daughter a climbing dome and the wooden parts 14,15,16 for the bridge were cracked and I have yet to receive the replacement parts. I believe I called the first time on June 3. Her birthday was the 9th and she still has not got to play on her present.
