Poor service

I ordered the product in the online store on June 12, I immediately called the customer service and asked if the courier will be able to deliver the product until June 19. at 18:00, it was very important and I agreed with the customer service that the courier will deliver the ordered goods by 19. 06. As well as with customer service I will receive by 19. 06. 18. 06. call the service center to ask when 19. 06. the goods will be delivered. Answer this week until 22. 06. No service. Of course, the promised one doesn't fall into the wallet!
