Joel from Saginaw ABC warehouse constanly touched my arms, shoulders. and tried to give me a hug after being noticeably uncomfortable. We were misled on price of our matress and overpaid by close to $600. What a scam! I will never step foot in this business again and I reccomend others dont either!
This company is dismissive and/or diminishing, even condescending to you when you call their store about problems with a purchase. They offer no solutions only to put everything back on the customer. Poor service
Waiter man - very rude. We wanted to make the payment at the same table each one individually - the answer - it can not. To the multiple question - why, the answer was the same all the time - so! It's good that we asked before ordering. The waiter left, returned after a while with the question - will you send then or not? We thought that went to reconcile, may or may not be separate bills, but no - the answer is the same again - can not! That's why! We said that we would leave if they didn't care about their customers. The answer was simple - go! We have enough customers! Of course, we went to another place, where the waitress kindly asked before accepting orders - whether to write the invoice to everyone one or share it with people. I would like an answer from the owner / director about this situation.
