I bought dryer on 3/6/2019 and it was defected, they replaced it and that one is also not working. Now they are delaying time to hit the 30 days and then walk away . Very disappointed with the Canton Store Manager (Ryan).
My ice maker has been repaired/replaced multiple times over the last couple years and has been nothing but a headache. I have lost multiple days (at least 10) of work for repair and food due to having to thaw the entire fridge for 24 hours and still is not working.
We bought a fridge from Abc in Ann Arbor. Customer service is nice because they want a sale. Afterwards is when it all started Fridge started growing mold, master tech came out,said it was a faulty hose. Needless to say they have been out 6 times fixing the same issue. Poor service
Waiter man - very rude. We wanted to make the payment at the same table each one individually - the answer - it can not. To the multiple question - why, the answer was the same all the time - so! It's good that we asked before ordering. The waiter left, returned after a while with the question - will you send then or not? We thought that went to reconcile, may or may not be separate bills, but no - the answer is the same again - can not! That's why! We said that we would leave if they didn't care about their customers. The answer was simple - go! We have enough customers! Of course, we went to another place, where the waitress kindly asked before accepting orders - whether to write the invoice to everyone one or share it with people. I would like an answer from the owner / director about this situation.
