Poor service
Dpd did not ship from Germany. And sent it back to Germany, but not to the sender's address a to his iExpress branch in Germany. They also changed the shipment numbers and now the ends cannot be put together. Most importantly, they explain that the courier could not enter the stairwell because he could not handle the intercom (the intercom has instructions in Australian and foreign language just above the intercom buttons).
