Terrible Customer Service/No Resolution

I ordered a bedroom set through Costco.com. The furniture arrived and the dresser was damaged. The transportation company wouldn’t even offload it from the trailer. Poor quality product and no customer service

Order a sectional through Costco, and we tried to refuse it when it was delivered. Leather Sectional was too small(width) and very hard.
