Poor Service
Today (07/02/2019), my grandmother came to exchange the sim together at the Origo branch of Telstra. She changed her phone and so the sim card was big. When requesting a new simcard (with all sizes), the midwife received a reply from the man (seller) that the existing simcard fit. He put the existing simcard in the slot for the memory card and gave it away, saying that everything was working now. Of course, the old man trusted and left without checking. The question is, do Telstra really accept such fools at work who can't tell the slot where to put the sim card from the slot where to put the memory card?! Result: 1. Do not get a Sim card now from the slot until one of the new relatives leaves. 2. Calls do not work. The man was left without a working phone. 3. You have to drive again to give a new card with all sizes! BUT now let's all go together so don't lie! "THANK YOU" for the inconvenience!
