I bought a bed + mattress in the online store, we arranged delivery (in writing) on 29.11. Yesterday a child called me (28.11) and said that the courier had arrived from the dpd, dropped the bed and mattress outside on the street in the snow and left. Okay, ok, my grandparents came and brought their bed inside the house. I paid the master 100USD for assembly. I explained that if I wanted to, I would solve the situation today, because I work in customer service myself and we would solve the situation with the customer immediately. The answer was to wait for a formal answer. Okay, I sent the master home, but basically I haven't signed anything and I haven't received the product. Unrealistic situation.
