Bad customer service

Package never arrived. Contacted 365 several times and got a nice response back that said "not our My experience with 365Cycles was far from satisfactory. I recently bought a bike from them and while they processed my order quickly, the bike never arrived. Upon trying to contact their customer service, I realized that emails are automated, and even phone conversations were unhelpful in resolving pending issues. Their customer service skills are abysmal, and quite frankly I think the company needs to improve their service quality if they wish to stay viable in the industry.

I have a similar situation - I ordered front shock absorbers for a bicycle and have been waiting for them for the third week already. It is difficult to contact customer service, but it seems that they have taken care of my issue ... It remains to wait another week ... I hope in the end everything will be ok, the store seems to be not scam
