I have used TAKEALOT for many years and they used to be excellent. Their recent customer service and willingingness to listen to valid complaints when they falsely advertised a product as "universal" and it is clearly not because I tried every trick in the book to try to get a set of "universal" Roof racks I purchased from them to fit on my van and they don't fit. TAKEALOT refused to take them back so I wasted R 4000 as a result. I will never use them ever again in my life
