I purchased damaged items. The seller accepted that they were damaged. They were significantly different from the listing. Vinted made me pay to return the damaged goods at my own expense. The seller broke 2 of the rules. I stuck to the rules It encourages bad sellers on its website and the rules are misleading and the staff twist the rules to their advantage. I was told they have no complaints procedure at all. It is a very misleading company
