Used Straight talk for years on 4 different lines. all a sudden 3 months ago it stopped working in our area. I was forced to get another carrier. Now straight talk will not unlock my phones without a charge, because instead of using the new sims card for new phones purchased 1 & 2 years ago we used the card from our old phones. What a scam. I can prove we have used the new phones with no gap in monthly use for each of these lines but customer service refuses to help I have been transferred, held on infinite hold, hung up on and given multiple different explanations made up ticket numbers with no resolution since I refuse to pay. Even though they say they are contract fee this is a lie because the excuse they give me is that the new phones have not been in service for at least 12 months even though they have just with the old sims card. If I had known that by following the information I received by straight talk that I could use the old sims card would end up this way I would never had used them.
