The last box of 8 packs of cheese crackers was burnt!!! I usually love these crackers and buy at least 6 eight packs a week. This burned problem has only happened once before. Please do whatever you need to in order to replace them. These are the cheese crackers NOT the kind with peanut butter. I am allergic to peanuts. This process is absolutely ridiculous. I sent you proof of purchase as well as several pictures of the badly burnt crackers. What more ca you possibly need? STOP BOTHERING ME!!! Just tell me if you don't intend to replace the CRAP you sold me.
