We have spent a lot of money with Wayfair, never again! We recently purchased over 400.00 worth of products, and they offered 40.00 off the price if you signed up for their credit card, which we received and is now torn and in the garbage! We called customer service and explained this, all the representative could come up with was... I can't do that. Genius remark, of course we asked why? No reply, except if we buy a high priced item like a sofa next time, we will get 10 percent discount! Lol lol lol keep your joke and learn to do professional business, you advertise something, you're a huge company... Honor it!!! Let me just conclude with... Thank god for Amazon!!!
