Doctor called in a new emergency medication. I called to get directions. Not given!! Sat on hold and finally Lady answered transferred to Pharmacist who said "Call in the morning because store is closing! OMG! NO, I said I want to start medicine now!" He actually told me to take them all If I want ! Said he didn't care!! " I had to call the hospital for instructions.
