I had to cancel two(2) business class tickets from SIN-BKK-FRA return and it was done in March 2020 due to the pandemic and was informed the refund will be done between 45-60 days. In May 2020 i enquired and was informed due to the high volume it will take 180 days till July 2020. In July i inquired and was told refunds are prohibited as TG was filing for bankruptcy. TODAY, NOTHING is forthcoming from TG and each time i chase i get the same response that no refund can be made. You can imaged the value of the refund for two (2) business class tickets and it is now coming to a year and STILL NO REFUND and NO POSITIVE NEWS FROM TG !!!
