note 20 promotion

I made a purchase of the note 20. I contacted costumer service (or what ever department) and tried to get head phones per the promotion that requires you to call them and give them your receipt for confirmation of a phone purchase. this was on april 19. It is 5/13/2021 and still no head phones. I have been on the phone for 5 hours, have spoken with 11 different people in several different departments and am still on the phone for some F###### 30$ headphones. not a single person has answered or resolved any of my concerns and I am going on hour 6 on hold.
