Purchased leather furniture from rooms to go from Vero beach store knowing that the areas you don't touch are not leather 4 years ago, we are here only 3 months a year . The leather part of the couch is in perfect condition but the areas that are not leather are peeling and falling off in flakes. We called rooms to go and got a phone number for the online complaint . I called it and was put on hold for hours no one answered. I tried three times with the same results. Rooms to go seems to be avoiding this issue.
