Damaged bedroom set piece

I bought a bedroom set. A Beverly damaged chest of drawers was delivered. So bad that the movers took it back. I called the office to arrange for a expeditious replacement. Called and talked to the salesperson that sold us the set and he indicated that he would have the manager address it as soon as possible so there would be a long wait for the item. Did not hear from anyone so far. called 5-6 hours ago. We want to return the whole set, not so much for the damaged item, but for the lack of attention to our concerns. Been calling for last couple of hours and no one calls-left an auto return message. Very upset with the customer service. I understand there is a 48 hour return window-the 48 hours will surely expire if they don't call soon. I am writing this complain in case they don't return call with the next 48 hours I have some evidence that every effort was made to get in touch with them.
