I made a reservaton online, no knowing it was thru Reservation Desk.com and saw an increased amount of tax and service fee of $14.99. I called and cancelled immediately but still got stuck with the $14.99 fee. I will never use them and will gladly tell everyone I know! A lot of my friends are travelling now and making their online reservations plus I have a friend that is a travel agent. Very poor business and I can see why they have so many complaints.
