I have some feedback regarding the last two deliveries we've had from this delivery service, because the exact same thing has happened with our packages. Both times, our packages were left at the top of our driveway (about 1/4 mile away from our house) and were placed behind the gate of the empty lot next to the top of our driveway and both were delivered after 8 PM, which means they were left on the side of a busy road overnight. The package we received last night, we were notified around 7 AM on 8/10 that our package would be delivered by 7 PM that night. Around 7 PM that night we received another notification that our package wouldn't be delivered until the following day, no problem it was getting late and we were about to put our daughter to bed. While leaving for an appointment this morning, I noticed a package behind the gate of the empty lot next to our driveway and it was the package we were expecting. I checked through shipping notifications and it said it was delivered at 9:05 PM on 8/10. I appreciate the speedy delivery and I understand that the delivery drivers have a lot of deliveries that they have to do but delivering so late, after notifying us that it would be delivered the next day and then not even delivering it to the front door is a little unacceptable. Especially because this is the second time this has happened with this delivery service. We have never had this issue with any of the other delivery services, each one has managed to drive down our driveway and deliver the packages to our front door with no issues. I wish I was able to find out ahead of time what delivery service was being used when shipping an item because I would avoid this delivery service at all costs.
