We are very unhappy with national floors direct. The sales girl lied about everything! Then when they showed up, one was the "installer" and the other the "trainee" then the "installer" left the "trainee" to do the installation. The "trainee" had to go outside to get help. The installation was terrible... Cracks, chips and nailed threshold molding; which voids the warranty for the flooring! My husband called Shaw, the maker of the flooring, and they told him that nailing anything into the floor voids the warranty. National floors direct people out twice to "fix" the problems. They put down wood putty to cover the cracks and chips, plus they didn't speak English. My husband has called several times to get this fixed to no avail. Don't use national floors direct!
