My website over the last 4 weeks has been down. Safari unable to connect to server. Prior to this wouldn't open with www. I front. Have been ping ponged back and forth with Names Co and Moonfruit to no avail. Even told me my site was working and guess what! It's not ... Absolute disappointment that this issue hadn't been resolved which is causing potential customers to look else where. Now seriously considering moving all my 5 website to another platform. And I have still been charged my monthly payment.
