My cameras don’t work because of their software upgrade.They promised me replacements, then deny it. Customer service is a call center run by rude people who are very vague. 14 months of back and forth emailing and no help. User’s recommendation: don’t buy energizer connect smart cam.

The bicycle light cost around $8.00. thankl you User’s recommendation: remove batteries from your device if storing.
