How to get my refund back?

Hi May I know how to get my money back for those facial treatment hvnt done yet in Modern Beauty. The new management at Boulevard Mid Valley City, Palace.C said my account is not active and said I never purchase packages from them. They ask me to email to Modern Beauty in HK. Anyone have the contact in Modern Beauty in Hong Kong? I need help! Any contact to be complain?
