We are purchasing a home in Stone Creek Ranch in Parker, CO. We signed after permits were already pulled and are being told we can't make a change to the fireplace. The foundation has not been poured. All we want to do is change from the traditional fireplace to the contemporary design. The only difference is the shape. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in making this change.
