Covid cancelation, rebooking charge of $150, no replies

Our trip to Europe last year was canceled because of Covid. JustFly is giving us the run-a-round to get our refund. They sent us an email asking us to call their customer support number because they need details and you can not reply to the email. I finally talked to a rep who said if wewanted to transfer our reservation, we would have to pay another $75 each to rebook. There is no support at the customer support number just a recording telling us to use the online portal. If you go to the online portal their is no support there either, just asking you to call the customer support line. It is a complete dodge. There is no way to contact them to get a refund.
