Hi, I would like to complaint and get the refund for this items, I have ordered them under shopee on 3/8/21 with tracking id : [protected]. I havent received the item until now. And as i found out the item was placed at different location other than the requested address since 4/8/21. The seller ask me to complaint this at JnT. Please advise.
