Service inv # [protected] was for an upgrade from Gen4 to Gen5. They changed out the dish and the router but didn't have enough time to bury the new coaxial cable. Service rep said he would come back and bury cable when he had some daylight. After two months the cable is still sitting there on top of the grass. Spoke with a customer service representative last week and they said it was my problem.
