Hello, My name is Adrian Oprea, I am flight attendant with Smartlynx Airlines company and since 4th July 2021 until 15th Sept 2021 I'm staying in your hotel in Tangier, Morocco. The laundry service worked well until 14th August 2021, when as usual, I gave to reception two items from my crew uniform for cleaning and since than until 20th August 2021, they haven't managed to return them as they did many times before. In all this time between 14-20, I have done inquiries everyday about where are my uniform items and everyday I receive the same answer: That they investigate. I also have to mention that the uniform items are not my property, they are property of my company Smartlynx Airlines, which I informed about this situation. Today I have to operate a flight and I find myself in the position that I don't have shirts to go and do my job because of your cleaning departments fault. I need my uniform items. Thank you.
