I paid for an item that was not delivered

We bought a stove online last week. It was cancelled on Monday morning. I received a cancellation nr. On Tuesday afternoon the driver called and said he's on his way. We told him the order was cancelled. I called Customer Service who advised the driver said the stove was delivered at 5. It was not true. I did not sign for the delivery. I asked for a copy of the delivery note and a pin location of the address. I was advised they will escalate the matter to the online team. I called again today. Same story from Thembisile and Sithembi who advised the Online Team does not have a contact nr and there is no one in management who can assist with my refund
