Fantastic furniture sold us two faulty recliners that wouldn't go down properly and would randomly pop up. They hit us in the shins many times and over the years got worse. Since they was still in warranty I requested a refund for the entire lounge suit since the store no longer sold matching lounge suites. It took 6months for fantastic furniture to agree on a refund and they would only do it on the recliners. They collected the recliners on the 28/06/21 and still have not refunded me, I have sent 3 emails and have found the responses unsatisfactory. I am still not sure whether I will see the money and still think they should be refunding me for the entire suite.
