Dear Sir/Madame, I have repeatedly contacted Hotels.com asking for my Hotel booking [protected] in Greece, for 3 nights 3 rooms in Hotel Agnati-Horefto-Zagora-Mouresi to be moved to 15 or 18 June 2022 or issue me a voucher as I am not allowed to fly from UK this June for holiday reasons. Hotels.com have tried to contact the Hotel but I am told that they are not responding or can not speak English. Hotels. com told me that they would call me 72 hours but have not heard from them. Please move my booking as requested above or send me a voucher.
