In January I bought a TV at Cash Crusaders Constantia Kloof, when I get home the TV gave me problem. I took it back to the store and they took my sleep, they told me they won't give me any paper cos am going to get it after 3 days. After 3 days I went to them and they told me it was not fixed it seem like theres a problem with a switch. I asked them since they took my slip what's the way forward the lady told me they'll call me. I waited for two weeks nothing happened, I went to the shop and they told me they'll escalate the matter to the Manager, until today I haven't receive the call. Last week I laid a complaint using this number [protected]. They took my number and they told me their call me after 20min. Until today am still waiting for the call. Wow Cash Crusaders service at Constantia Kloof is very very very poor. Even complaint department they failed to assist me.
