I have contacted the airline and was told that I should not have had to pay for a second bag. I am upset and would like to be refunded in cash for the second bag especially. Why did I pay overweight when I was instructed to use my third bag as a carry-on and was charged 75 dollars overweight for the second one. I am highly upset and would like a cash refund!
