Non delivery of a valuable item since Arr. 9th.

Since Apr. 10th, this item was processed in Mississauga Ontario and has not moved anywhere since. I have called Canada post several times to complain about this valuable parcel not being delivered in 3 to 4 business days Paid $62 .00 for express shipping and $600dollars insurance. So far I have received nothing but apologies, but nothing on the status of my shipment. I was issued a high Priority Service ticket early last week. Only to call back two days later that ( with heartfelt apologies) the High Priority service ticket was incorrect, and a new one was issued, Still not one word on my parcel. I explained that I am now pressured to pay for this item that was to be paid for upon delivery. The supervisor again apologized for my position. After 15 days of nothing, I must pay for this lost parcel that no one can find since it was processed in Mississauga. So, I must pay for the lost item, and then pay another $600 to purchase a new one and get it delivered. I need a refund on my $600.00 plus shipping. This was a high priority item. I have waited too long for zero response and 23 apologies.
