I pushed tab and charge was made without details. I tried to cancel in next 15 to 20 mts but the charge held up. Never again with this company. User’s recommendation: DO NOT USE RESERVATIONS.COM.
They hijack the hotel website. I called back to change the room type they said no changes whatsover and no refunds. Jane the manager said it’s in the fine print, no refunds. They charge hidden fees of $19.99 User’s recommendation: Absolutely NOOOOO.
