Hi management, I tender my unsatisfied with your company service, understanding now is under MCO and you all want to save and budget combine all passengers in one time but at least inform customers.. I bought ticket at 9.15am and I'm still stranded at Jalan Duta awaiting your bus arrival the counter girl mentioned 9.45am but now already 10.30am yet to shadow of your bus. Please improve or else I believe your business will not stand very long. Thank you
