Ashley Homestore's customer service is nonexistence. Once they have your money they don't care if you get what you ordered, if parts are missing, if they deliver your damaged furniture at 10:00pm. They just don't give a damn about your miniscule problem. They have your $5, 000.00 now take your trashed furniture and get out of our faces, WE DON'T CARE!
