Hai JnT Team.. I would like to ask why your staff does not inform me about the returning of my parcel way back to seller. Eventhough my area is in mco, you should knock me a call or message to tell me about the failed delivery attempt before decide to return it. So that I can give solution or change the adress to the nearest area which your staff may complete the delivery process.
