Reserved a truck a week in advance to be picked up 5 minutes away at our local location in Vernon NJ. The day before pick up, I am informed that the truck is not available at my location but there is one 45 minutes away up in NY state. Not having much of a choice I make the trip and while trying to secure the vehicle with their app, it kept freezing up and had to load it on another phone just to finish. So do the 1 1/2 hour round trip, get a call that the hand truck I paid for was never put in the truck..Sorry. User's recommendation: Buyer beware.
