Internet Sucks!!

This is the worst company in the world! Every month my bill get higher and higher! The service is horrible, customer service is horrible and the technicians are horrible! I call every month complaining about the service and my bill. I haven't had internet in 7 days. My child needs the internet for school! I been on the phone now for 3 hours talking to customer service and technicians and I'm still on the phone waiting now while i type is complaint. No one will tell me their name. They say they don't have to provide that information. I can't believe this company is still in business! I hate this company!! I still don't have internet and paying for it!!! User's recommendation: Don't waste your money!!
