Outage Everyday!

We recently upgraded our tv/internet in one of the Cox store locations, they told us that our equipment was wayyyyy outdated. Hmm, seems they could have told us that the several dozen times we called in the past few months for Tech support. Since we have gotten their Superior upgrades not a day has gone by that both tv and internet have gone out for hours! You call and they have no idea what you are talking about regarding outages. Terrible customer service as well. User's recommendation: Try anything else!
