someone at cox cable email tech support deleted all of my emails. When i contacted a supervisor all he said was he was sorry, but my emails could not be restored. The only thing he offered was 50% off of the next email monthly bill. He did not care that I lost a lot of very important emails. Since he knew I was very angry, he hung up the phone. User's recommendation: find another email provider, or you will be in the same situation that I am in.
