I ordered some pants as a Christmas gift for my wife. They showed up a month late. The size was way too small. I guessed based on similar pants that she owns since their size chart overlaps through many sizes. When I asked to return them for a refund I was told to just keep them as a gift. I asked for them to send me the right size. They want $20 for shipping and merchandise expense. Total ripoff. Don't buy from them! User's recommendation: Buy elsewhere!
