Wow, no answer, delayed emails, wtf

Tried to get a refund for a cancelled flight. Received an email saying I would get a refund if I confirmed through email. I confirmed and its been two weeks and I havent gotten an answer. Tried calling and neither number is working or going through. SCAM?? Or just terrible customer service? User's recommendation: Don’t use this company.
